Kirt and Lynn met and were married in 1997 while they were both serving on staff with The Navigators. In 2000 they moved to Cincinnati, OH where Kirt served for fourteen years at two different churches as a youth pastor, pastor of family care, pastor of assimilation, and senior pastor. In 2018 the Lord called Kirt and Lynn and their children Caleb, Josh, Micah, and Megan to serve as the Pastor of Latrobe Alliance Church.
