The church is required to maintain a copy of a Pennsylvania Access To Criminal History (PATCH) search result.  The search result must be from within the last five years.  As a volunteer, obtainint a PATCH search result is free of charge.

There are several ways you can provide the church with a copy of your PATCH result:
